In his book, "Equivalent Circuits of Electric Machinery," he points out that changing the reference frames of rotating electric machinery can move the reference from from holonomic to non-holonomic. He says that Maxwell's dynamic electromagnetic theory used the holonomic reference frame for all then known electric machines in which the magnetic and electric materials, i.e. then the iron and copper, were always rigidly connected to each other in the frame of the machinery.

When they are not rigidly connected together but separate or free of each other, then Maxwell's equations do not work to explain commutator or synchronous or induction rotating electical machines, which require the non-holonomic frame and the introduction of the geometrical object which is the anholonomic object. He then goes on to say that interconnecting several rotating electric machines, some or all of which have their reference frames no longer connected rigidly to the magnetic structure, but free of them, is equivalent to a non-holonomic reference frame in which the resultant tensorial equation, representing also the generalized Lagrangian equation, assumes the form in which the affine connection now contains the anholonomic form, hence both the anholonomic object in addition to the torsion tensor. So, I'm wondering whether or not Ole Gabe hints at some ideas of how a device might be put together providing an anholonomic frame of reference in which the anholonomic geometrical object and the torsion tensor are present; hence useful to operate the negative and positive pressure fields emergent from dark energy vacuum condensates? Is this what Shipov has accomplished? I don't think so, but I'm not sure.
