LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Infinite Networks Corporation’s (Pink Sheets: INNX) President/CEO, Mr. John Bush, announced today the establishment of Cosmic Energy Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of Infinite Networks Corporation.

Infinite Network Corporation has continued to seek out and explore new technologies in power generation, engine efficiencies and alternative energy sources. After a trip to China in late 2006, where meetings were held at Tsung University, the Board made the decision to continue to pursue new technologies beyond CET. Cosmic Energy Corporation was formed to establish a new focus approach to research, develop, and take to market new energy opportunity business avenues.
