There was an article printed in a local paper here in there canary islands about the LEOGIM Motor, the below is the web page with a full discription of the patent written in spanish although without drawings or pictures. The page goes into great detail over how this works and i have been in contact with the inventor

The motor is Hydraulic and uses 4 pumps consuming 1482 watts to produce close to 80 kw, the pumps are used to change the pressure of only 3 % of the acting fluid. Once in operation it is self sustaining.
