PJW, Dr. writes: Kiril has been saying, roughly: The mainstream which controls the flow of money has been grossly intolerant of new ideas, and irresponsible about the need to find new energy technologies at a time when the very survival of humanity is threatened. Their irresponsibility is heavily based on irrational factors like ego and greed and decisions based on unthinking, irrational prejudices of all kinds.

Some on this list have quoted Michio Kaku lately. If Kaku were asked his opinion, he might possibly say: We in the mainstream do need to work harder to be open to the future. But some things are clearly impossible, according to our best knowledge today, which is not just a matter of prejudice or personal opinion. For example, we really know that perpetual motion machines are impossible. This Chukanov proposal is in that category. The arguments on the web page are very, very far from what it would take to justify funding, compared with many other new ideas denied funding every day because of a lack of overall funding. There are humanitarian reasons why he should be funded, but the truth is that there are thousands of scientists and engineers losing tenure and forced into economic desperation every day because of the overall lack of funding in the United States today.

Myself, I am not Kaku or Kiril. Looking at it all from a very distant perspective -- "as if from Mars" -- my first impression is that both sides are right, in a way, when they complain about the failings of the other. The net effect is extremely depressing, and I do not have a simple solution to offer for the psychological/social tangle we are caught in. My view of Kiril's web page is not based on the same analysis that Kaku might give, but for various complex reasons I do not see any real basis as yet for arguing with their bottom line. Likewise, my view of the mainstream is more complex, but a complex, constipated tangle ... is not yet doing what needs to be done, and the bottom line still is very, very daunting.

But.. time does not permit me to say much more right now.

I just came back home from my lab – again today I produced 8 times over-unity on my ANLAUTRON-4. If Kaku/Kuku doesn’t believe in the violation of Law of Energy Conservation he can come to my lab in Calgary, put $10,000 (his fine for disbelieving), and then let measure the input and output power.

Here the over-unity is not some few percents, you can measure 800%. ANLAUTRON-IV can produce even though more over-unity but it can destroy itself.

Law of Energy Conservation is formulated two centuries ago (?) by physician not by physicist. This law is verified in normal conditions and it works all the time. But if you can make a quantum macro-object (ball lightning) you’ll be very surprised to see that this fundamental law of physics is violated in positive direction.

I know how to create ball lightning in continuous regime and how to activate it. Then – the rest is measurement. There exist two ways of activation of this unusual macro-object and I know how to use them.

Before N. Copernicus official science/religion claimed (as proven truth) that the sun is rotating around Earth. Another accepted as “final proven truth” in physics is the Law of Gravity. This fundamental law is also violated in some particular quantum conditions. There exists no “dark matter”; there exists violation of Law of Gravity for some large scale cosmic formations. I described this fact in my books.

Conventional scientists like M.Kuku built their career on accepted as “final” physical dogmas and they cannot psychologically accept another reality. Conventional scientists are confined forever in the closed universe of contemporary official science. They are unable to “see” beyond the boundaries of this scientific universe.

For obvious reason (I’m working for business – my investors don’t care about science, they care to have Free Energy generators) I cannot disclose everything in my web-site. Also my investors are not so stupid and so naïve to believe 100% in my claims – they are presenting on the tests, they bring with them specialists. However, it is very hard for one person to advance very fast – that’s my big problem now.

I understand that my discovery will change the things in the world drastically. I understand that Big Oil and Big Capital will fight fiercely this not to happen. I understand that I’m still alive because They still don’t believe me. I understand that the Big Fox (US government connected to the Big Oil) is taking care about chickens (regular American consumers). I understand that QFE will destroy monopoly of the Big Oil and the Big Capital and will make the gap between Rich and Middle class/Poor class smaller and smaller. In scientific plan QFE will destroy old scientific dogmas and will open the way of New Physics.
