ZPEnergy.com - Russian scientists speak out...

I just received a very interesting set of papers entitled “Power Phenomenon of Vacuum” by a group of scientists from Russia. Unfortunately the translator heavily used translation software and consequently the outcome can (and must) be greatly improved. I’ll give below the main chapters from these papers and would appreciate any help from somebody proficient in both Russian and English (preferably with a technical background) to bring to a satisfactory translation level this important outline of the latest Russian theoretical and experimental research into the field of Vacuum Energy.
