Both are a pure fluid. Completely a 'particle to particle 'fluid'...a CRITICAL piece of information and consideration.
The materials involved most devices are SOLIDS, and Thus POLARIZED and STRIATED in a specific and directional manner.
Thus they fail to gain real efficiency due to the tiny 'window' that they work on or within.
The secret is the forcing of the differential on 3-axis in the 'particle to particle angular component' of this interaction.
Thus the secret lies in the MHD considerations of fludic interaction.

You name it, every successful experiment in these fields employs a 'energetic fluid' on one side of the equation, ie magnetism or electricity. Otherwise it would not work.
Recognize the key point that it is the fluidic action, in the 'particle to particle 3-axis rotational aspect that 'opens the door' to the energy differential..and that will get you to where you want to go.
Vortex engines with no solids in them is one key that will get you there.
The polarization and crystallization of the solids involved in all these devices are the components that are stopping you from achieving success.

Think about it.
The interactive is an enforced spin change in multi-axis due to the change in energies from the Glass proper (crystallized solid-specific energy and level)...to that of the 'difference'..which is that which is OUTSIDE of the glass.
All the work is done in that tiny gap, what we like to call the 'casimir force' van-der waals forces', etc.
This happens in the 'particle to particle' aspect in true fluids, so the effect is ENORMOUSLY amplified.
Energize, resonate and rotate the fluids (remember those stories coming out of Russia? Anyone?) and you have what you are looking for. Multi-dimensional access and energy.
Just be careful. It's the full doorway, we're talking about here. It can be multi-dimensional universe of hurt for the ignorant. It's one hell of a doorway. Talking Monkey's need not apply.

Well, we have gravitation, or mass as a 'relative (relational computation as a differential, ie, this vs that) aspect' within a fluidic field, ie localized gravity. The field is a polarized oriented gradient, in which the action taking place is a multi-axis spin or vortex MOTION. If it was static, it would not work, or function.
Thus, a charged vortex working in opposite polarity, with enough energy behind it..applied in the right manner..would be like running fast enough up an escalator..to reach the top. To overcome the static LEVEL of energetic motion. Ie, gravitation has a specific FLOW RATE. Polarize and energize to a higher level (motional-multi-axis spin rotational) ...and then you have thrust.
The problem with defeating gravitation, is that folks are not committing to this required vortex action of fluid. Static polarized mass solutions will not work. And never have.
Tesla used a resonant collapsing field effect on a shaped coil or antenna. Inductive field collapse. With a spiral motion, or vortex. (an earlier thought from him on this, was the Tesla Pump)
This was contraction of his so-called 'free energy car'..that he tuned the resonator system via inserting his 'crystal rod' into the dash of the car, like a key. The large crystal was used to make it so the frequencies of the coil-crystal resonator where low enough so they would work in a physical device and have the required energetic density.
This is also the reason of Keeley's larger devices and the large crystal rods. The same thing.
Tesla MAY have used the Indian (Old Indian Mythology using fluid mercury Torus' as a motive force) mercury torus trick for his 'persona craft', instead of the coil. However..both work.
This is also the basic science behind psychics (Nostradamus, etc) staring at open pools of water, and or mirrors, in order to 'see through time and space'.
The vortex motion, on order to lift craft in the most simplistic manner possible, and be stable..requires THREE points..to counter thrust against each other,and to direct the craft.
Sounds a lot like triangle craft to me, with their engines, one 'vortex' in each corner. Due to being a polarized motional charge mass vortex.,of differential, there is going to be some electrical discarge, at the least.
This is also the basic science behind Stargate, Looking Glass, and the 'Yellowbook'.

The vortex and cycloid motions seem to be key factors on how plasma particles, for example, couple with (absorb energy from) the vacuum fluctuations (ZPE).
But how about Kowsky-Frost Quartz Levitation experiment ( http://keelynet.com/gravity/KFrost.htm [keelynet.com])? If it did happen, what would be the explanation there?

Transmutation due to the energies employed in that exact way. Most specifically due to it being a pure quartz crystal.
It turned into David Radius Hudson's 'White powder of Gold' (ORME). If you've read all the work and listened to all the lectures, then you will know whenst that comment comes.
I may change my mind, but that's my initial response not more than 20 minutes after reading your post, and then quickly scanning the article-and pondering it for a few minutes.

crushed his quartz to exact sized particles, all from the same pure
crystal, I have surmised.
He then placed the perefctly sized (for the frequencies involved) in a resonant cavity and threw short wave Gamma/etc radiation at them, and thus resonated them to get 'energy', which he then rectified (radio waves), for energy collection.
Recall In Hudson's work, when energetic excitement was utilized to attempt to get the ORME to return back to Gold..extreme amounts of Gamma release was the result.

The discovery of the Magnetic Atom
He tried to observe some magnetite crystals over a long period of time
without obtaining results. He was particularly interested in the magnetic
flux, so he tried to observe a piece of crystalline glass which was interposed

that particular matter. He thought then that if he could build an apparatus
that would be able to shift the atomic motion of the matter, he could change
the structure of that matter. He realized that this was exactly what Mother

-Note that the Naval Academy of Research says that DNA can communicate with each other 'instantaneously' (ie, beyond the scope that can be explained by any known science)..even remotely.
-Note that no known science can explain how the human body, or any animal on this earth, for that matter, has cellular communication. The time issue and the communication issue remain an enigmatic unknown.

-Note the point I mentioned on how when a Pyramid shape made of metal, is emplaced on the top of a Van Der Graff generator, instead of a sphere or torus, a dual string of energetic energy (plasma) comes off the top, that replicates the spiral of a DNA strand.
-Note it is considered by many that our cellular communication system and level and type of internal energy exchange and design is one that is 'superconductive' in nature.
-Note that piezoelectric stressing in extreme resonance in the center of this cube is likely to be exactly what turned this crystal into Orme and caused it to gravitate, in the early 1900's experiment. Compare this to what it takes to get to a 'cooper paired' superconductor.
-Note what was said about what Atlantean power sources existed as: giant crystals that ('Whoops!') went a bit out of control..and blew the island to pieces.
-Note the levels of static voltage that can be enacted upon in natural settings, with regards to crystals in the ground, or areas with extreme levels of geodes and crystal structures. This could conceivable lead, then, to time travel, dimensional dislocation, etc.
Now read this article...and ALL OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE EXACTLY MET. and the bizarre story that emerges..suddenly..has perfect correlation in fact and in observation, in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT. Via approximately 10 different unrelated sources.

New frontiers in superalloy development
The team devised a process to make superalloy materials
using radiation to break down the molecular structure of
substances and form nanoparticles. The method being studied
is known as radiolysis. It is a flexible and versatile tool
for making large quantities of superalloy nanoparticle
compositions that can't be easily created otherwise,
says Nenoff.
The team combines solvent molecules with molecules or ions
and dissolves them in water. The solution undergoes
radiolysis. Varying the reaction conditions and using
alcohols as agents limits particle size. High-resolution
transmission electron microscopy shows that the
nanoparticles are nearly identical and defect-free.
The team performs the highly specialized experiments using
their in-house Gamma Irradiation Facility (GIF) in
combination with the Ion Beam Materials Research Laboratory
(IBMRL). "Target solutions are placed in testing cells
at GIF and exposed to a variety of gamma irradiation tests
and controlled radiation dose rates," says Don Berry,
GIF supervisor.
Depending on the combination of reactants, dose, and dose
rate of radiation, researchers have been able to create
nanometer-sized particles of gold in a variety of shapes
including spheres, rods and pyramids.
Researchers are also translating the results of these
experiments into computer simulations. Kevin Leung, Sandia
researcher, is leading the effort to use abinitio molecular
dynamics, along with other methods, to interpret and
understand the controlling factors in the researchers’
experiments.
“Using the results from the experiments, together with
Sandia’s world-class computational capabilities, we’ll
simulate the structure of the nanocrystal initiation,”
Leung says. “By examining the free energy present in the
interface between the different materials, we will be able
to understand what factors govern the size of these metal
alloy nanocrystals. Modeling this region of the metastable
phase space right after radiation has been applied promises
to be a new and exciting area of research.”
“What we’re doing is really breaking ground in the
fundamental research in the science of the formation of
superalloy nanoparticles,” Nenoff says. “This is really
the new frontier in superalloys.”
This isn't New.
It's very, very old. 12,000 years old, at the least. Just not for 'public' consumption. Ie, Orme.
